Digital & Scanned Photos for Ads/Stories
DIGITAL PHOTOS:
We will accept only high quality digital images, at least 800x600 pixel
native resolution* but prefer resolutions of 1,000 pixels or higher. We
will not accept low-res VGA (640x480) images such as those from Sony
Mavica, etc. Images can be .jpg or .tif format. If possible, please
send raw, un-manipulated image. We will adjust color, brightness,
contrast, mode, etc to meet our printing requirements. Large images for
the cover or full page ads must be at least 1600x1200 pixel native

*Native resolution is the photo resolution in pixels direct from the camera, uncropped
E-mail Submission: Click on the following button to send graphic images, photos, etc.

FTP Submission: Since most ISPs
limit upload size of E-mail attachments, we now have FTP server space
available for convenient uploading of large files. If you're familiar
with FTP and would like to use this method, please contact your sales
person for logon details.
Naming Files:
When naming files, please be as specific as possible and use your
company name. For example, an ad or photo file sent to us named "Who's
Who Ad" (which we receive a lot of) gives us no indication who the ad
is from. Use something similar to "XYZ Clothing Ad for Who's Who", or
"XYZ Clothing Photo for Who's Who", "XYZ Logo for Who's Who", etc.
